2012-2013
1. Promotion of action plans for the development of sustainable social enterprises (2012)
This project concerned the gathering of data on Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) in Southern Taiwan, as well as inventorying local social issues. We gathered together national specialists for consultation to formulate and execute plans of action. Together, we targeted existing corporations and NPOs as well as new social enterprises to introduce, demonstrate, and implement the plans. These companies thus became national trailblazers and benchmarks for transitioning toward being social enterprises. In this way they promoted industrial growth and created job opportunities.
2. Research on personnel retention and employment conditions in diverse occupations (2013)
This plan was executed on the request of the Kaohsiung-Pingtung-Penghu-Taitung Regional Branch of the Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training. This bureau resorts under the Council of Labor Affairs of the Taiwanese government. The Bureau asked us to research key elements of recruiting and retaining personnel, and to analyze employment conditions on behalf of corporations. The Bureau has translated our research outcomes into guidelines on employment and personnel retention for private owned corporations.
